These terms govern use of the ReunionPortal public website operated by Gem State Products LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Current service stage

The public site presents product information, permits existing members to reach the Hub, and states that registration is coming soon. Adult launch-notification signup is being prepared but is not currently available. We do not promise a launch date, invitation, priority, access, specific feature or price, or uninterrupted availability.

Eligibility and accounts

The future notification subscription is limited to adults 18 and older and does not create a Hub account. Hub accounts are for people age 13 and older. People under 13 cannot create or claim an account, and there is no under-13 parental-consent onboarding path.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, interfere with availability, distribute malicious code, violate law or third-party rights, or use automation in a way that harms the service or other people.

Content and intellectual property

ReunionPortal branding, site design, and operator-provided material are owned by Gem State Products LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These public-site terms do not grant a license to private family content.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to independent providers whose terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Availability and responsibility

The service may change, pause, or end. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for protecting access to your own devices and accounts.
