Can I start with Reunion Portal for free?

Yes. The Free plan is $0 and does not require a payment card. It includes every website feature with the allowances shown above.

What is the difference between Essentials and Unlimited?

Family Essentials gives the subscriber unlimited tools and organized family lines. Family Unlimited includes Essentials for 25 selected accounts in addition to the subscriber. Each additional covered account is $2 per month. Invitations and tree profiles do not count; Free child or adult accounts do not count unless assigned Essentials.

How does annual billing work?

The annual base plan is charged once per year. Extras cost $2/month each, or annual Unlimited subscribers may choose $20/year each. Yearly extras renew with the base plan and midyear additions are prorated. Family Essentials is $99 per year and Family Unlimited is $149 per year, saving about two months compared with paying monthly for a full year.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Subscribers can review available plans from the subscription area in their account. The site shows when an upgrade takes effect or when another change is scheduled for renewal.

Are mobile apps included?

The complete web portal is included in every plan and works in a mobile browser. Native iOS and Android apps are planned for a future release.
