Reunion Portal uses necessary browser storage to operate protected forms, sign-in, security, and requested preferences. On public information pages, optional analytics run only after you accept Analytics in Cookie preferences.

Manage your choices

You may accept or reject optional analytics without losing access to the public website. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our controls because protected forms and the private family hub depend on them.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Reunion Portal keeps marketing tracking disabled. No marketing tracker is currently enabled.

Private-hub storage and shared devices

Some hub preferences and unsent message drafts use local storage, which is different from a cookie and can remain after you close the tab or sign out. Accessibility settings use session storage in the current browser session. The hub scopes these features to the relevant user or session where supported, but a shared browser should not be treated as a secure place to leave private drafts. Use the applicable draft controls or clear this site’s browser data when needed. Clearing site data can also remove preferences or sign you out.

These requested hub features do not enable the optional public-site analytics services. Payment providers may use their own necessary storage when you choose to use payment or treasury tools; their notices apply to the pages and services they operate.

Public-site analytics

After Analytics consent, rp_public_campaign in this tab's session storage remembers an approved, general campaign label for up to 30 minutes without another consented page visit. It contains no visitor identifier and is cleared when you withdraw consent or close the tab. We use it to understand which shared resources bring visitors to the site. Planning-tool entries stay in the page and are not sent to analytics; recordings are not loaded on those tools.

With Analytics permission, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures traffic and performance, Google Analytics measures traffic sources and selected actions, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and recordings on selected informational pages. Clarity is not loaded on launch-update, contact, problem-report, login, registration, private hub, or administration pages.

Analytics events use general names such as viewing Pricing, selecting a launch-updates link, or completing a public form. We do not send form entries, names, email addresses, account identifiers, family identifiers, private family content, complete URLs containing query strings, or card information to these analytics services.

Payment and connected features

When a person opens a card or billing experience, Stripe may use cookies or similar device signals to process payment, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements under Stripe’s own privacy practices. Optional map and address features may contact Google Maps when the person chooses to use them. These operational services are separate from the public-site analytics preference.

Browser controls

You can also block or remove cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent protected forms, registration, sign-in, payments, or private hub features from working. Rejecting optional analytics through our Cookie preferences does not prevent ordinary use of the public website.

When the services or purposes change materially, we will update this notice, change the consent version when appropriate, and ask visitors to choose again. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
