Acceptable user and content standards

Reunion Portal is a private place for family connection and planning. Everyone who uses it must respect other people, their information, and the security of the service.

Use your real authority

  • Use only an account, invitation, family, or administrative role you are authorized to use.
  • Invite people and create profile-only records only when you have a reasonable family or organizational basis to do so.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, relationship, age, authority, or payment status.
  • Respect family roles, privacy choices, content visibility, and another person’s request to correct or remove information about them.

Content you may not submit

Do not upload, send, publish, or link to content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or intended to intimidate or exploit another person;
  • sexually exploits or endangers a child, depicts child sexual abuse, or solicits sexual content from a minor;
  • shares intimate images, private communications, precise location, financial information, medical details, or other sensitive information without appropriate authority;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or another person’s legal rights;
  • contains malware, credential theft, deceptive links, bulk solicitation, spam, or instructions intended to compromise a device or account; or
  • promotes violence, dangerous wrongdoing, or evasion of safety and security controls.

Respectful family communication

Family disagreement does not excuse abuse. Keep messages, updates, comments, reports, photos, and event information relevant to legitimate family connection or planning. Do not repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, manipulate reporting tools, or use the service to shame or expose another family member.

Security and service integrity

Do not probe or bypass access controls, scrape private family information, overload the service, automate signups or messages in a harmful way, reuse another person’s session, reverse engineer protected components except where law allows, or test a vulnerability against real family information without written authorization.

Photos, videos, and personal information

Submit only media and personal information you have the right to share with the selected audience. Consider whether a child, dependent adult, or family member would reasonably expect the information to appear. Avoid uploading government identifiers, complete payment details, passwords, authentication codes, or information that is unnecessary for the family purpose.

Reports and enforcement

Use the available report control or contact [email protected] when content or conduct may violate these standards. We may preserve and review information reasonably needed to investigate, limit content visibility, restrict a feature, revoke a session, suspend an account, or notify appropriate authorities when required or when needed to address an immediate safety risk.

We consider context, severity, repetition, risk, and legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain an account action and provide a contact path. Immediate action may be taken without advance notice when delay could harm a person, evidence, or the service.

Related policies

These standards are part of the Terms and Conditions. Information handling is described in the Privacy Notice and Children’s Privacy Notice.
