How does Reunion Portal protect family information?+
The hub uses protected password credentials, server-validated sessions, optional two-step verification, family memberships, per-family roles and permissions, content visibility controls, encrypted web connections, and Stripe-hosted payment handling. Read Security and Trust for the full overview.
Can I delete my Reunion Portal account and data?+
Yes. A signed-in member can open Account & data deletion, verify the current password, review every affected family, and submit a request. The target is to complete a verified request within 30 days after family-ownership requirements are resolved. The Account and Data Deletion page also explains what to do if you cannot sign in.
What must a family owner do before deleting an account?+
If another active owner already remains, no transfer is needed. A sole owner must transfer ownership before leaving when another family member has a sign-in account. If nobody else in the family has a sign-in account, the owner may choose to delete that family workspace with the account.
What happens to shared family content after account deletion?+
Information tied only to the departing account is deleted or de-identified. When a family continues, some shared event, message, safety, or family records may remain for other members while the departing person’s direct identifiers and access are removed where reasonably possible. The public deletion page explains the limits and retention rules.
