Privacy notice

ReunionPortal is operated by Gem State Products LLC. This notice explains how we handle information for the public website and the adult launch-notification service when that service becomes available.

Information we handle

The public marketing pages do not currently collect launch-notification email addresses. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as network address, browser details, requested page, timestamp, and security events, to deliver and protect the site.

If adult launch notifications are enabled, we collect the email address submitted directly by the subscriber, an affirmative 18-or-older response, the specific consent and disclosure version, source, submission and confirmation times, and delivery, unsubscribe, deletion, bounce, complaint, and security status needed to operate the subscription. Security controls use purpose-separated hashes instead of retaining raw network addresses where implemented.

The notification form does not request date of birth, child information, family or member details, account credentials, payment information, private messages, photos, precise location, or a home address.

How we use information

We use information to deliver and secure the website, confirm a submitted address, provide requested launch and readiness updates or a controlled invitation when eligible, honor unsubscribe and deletion choices, prevent unwanted re-enrollment, investigate abuse, and support the service. A notification subscription does not create an account, guarantee an invitation, or promise a launch date.

Service providers and disclosures

SmarterASP provides website, database, and email hosting. Cloudflare provides DNS, delivery, and security services. These providers process information only as needed to operate their services for ReunionPortal. Stripe is planned for later Hub billing and does not process public launch-notification subscriber data at this stage.

We do not authorize selling launch-notification subscriber information or using it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards and notice.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not currently use advertising or nonessential analytics trackers. Strictly necessary ASP.NET cookies may secure an enabled form. See our Cookie Notice.

Retention and choices

• Unconfirmed notification records are minimized after 30 days.
• Confirmation links expire after 48 hours; abuse-event hashes expire after two days.
• Active subscriber information remains only while the person remains subscribed and the purpose remains active.
• Unsubscribe or deletion immediately prevents later campaign selection and minimizes direct information. A purpose-limited suppression hash may remain to prevent unwanted mail or silent re-enrollment.
• Backup copies expire under the backup schedule and are not returned to active marketing use after deletion.

You may ask to access or correct your notification information, unsubscribe, request deletion, or object to our handling by emailing [email protected]. We use only the information reasonably needed to verify and fulfill a request. Rights and exceptions may vary by jurisdiction.

Security

We use risk-based administrative and technical safeguards and minimize notification information. No online service can promise absolute security.

Children

Launch-notification signup is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. Hub accounts are for people age 13 and older. People under 13 cannot create or claim an account, and ReunionPortal does not offer an under-13 parental-consent onboarding path. Profile-only family records are not sign-in accounts. Changes and contact

We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice when this notice materially changes.
